МАР-тест: для чего и что это такое
Одна из причин мужского иммунологического бесплодия – аутоиммунная реакция организма против собственных сперматозоидов.
В норме сперматогенные клетки изолированы от внутренней среды организма гематотестикулярным барьером. При повреждении этого барьера, клетки иммунной системы начинают выработку антиспермальных антител (АСАТ) против собственных сперматозоидов.
Антиспермальные антитела могут вызывать бесплодие, они связываются с антигенами на головке сперматозоидов и препятствуют связыванию с яйцеклеткой, таким образом, делают невозможным оплодотворение. АСАТ могут связываться с антигенами на хвосте спермиев и препятствовать их движению к яйцеклетке. Антиспермальные антитела вызывают фрагментацию ДНК сперматозоидов, что оказывает влияние на функционирование сперматозоидов и снижает фертильность мужчины.
Причины возникновения АСАТ:
МАR-тест (mixed agglutination reaction/смешанная реакция агглютинации) – определение антиспермальных антител АСАТ в эякуляте. Он показывает соотношение сперматозоидов, покрытых АСАТ, к общему количеству сперматозоидов. В норме должно быть не более 50% от всех сперматозоидов.
