everything is the same as steam my friends, t he game is just free and lacks the steam communty things.

epic is just a store and nothing else but has everything the game as steam store wise.

so ya go get free copy or tell your friends to get it so you can play with them 🙂

Just counted 133 games in my epic account without ever buying one single game. There are fantastic games like GTA 5, Abzu, Alan Wake, the complete Batman Arkham trilogy, Borderlands 2 and the Pre-Sequel, Kingdom Come, Mutant Year Zero, Shadow Tactics, Civ 6 and what not. Never played any of em except for Kingdom Come (well, on epic that is), but hey, it’s good to know that I have them. And even better that they were free. Still having my Steam account, my Battle.net, my Origin and my Uplay launcher. But who knows, one day I will be playing some of these awesome games on epic. And everybody hating on it can grow up. Lot of fun to miss out on just for being ‘cool’

My friend grabbed it free on epic, but I don’t know how to actually invite him to play with me, because I normally just use the steam friends function to invite and I can’t do that if he’s not in steam.

would you mind if I ask for your assisstance with this issue in Discord or maybe Skype?

I’m assuming you are trying to figure out how to do it?

— Person on Steam has to link their Epic account with their Steam account
— Friend each other on Epic (person on Epic doesn’t need a steam account at all for this but you can link yours too if it makes you feel better)
— Both people launch game (one from steam and one from Epic)
— One of you start a game as «Friends Only»
— Other person selects «Join Game» on main menu, then selects «Friend Games»
— At this point, you should see your friends game in the list to join.

I’m assuming you are trying to figure out how to do it?

Im actually serious, epic games is serving the developers.
I don’t really understand why gamerbros hate on it so much, just my take

Tbh i dont care if epic games get exclusives, i dont care if i need to have 2 platforms (or more regarding uplay,battlenet,origin) etc to play games. I dont understand why people get so butthurt when epic gets a year exclusive rights or so before its released anywhere else. whats stopping them from buying it on epic other than blind fanboiism?

The problem is that Epic is snatching up fan-backed games that were promised to release on Steam. That’s the issue.

Играть с другими очень просто! Дизайн REMNANT выстроен вокруг быстрого входа/выхода из пользовательских игр по сети с обеспечением коопа без каких-либо пауз. Если предпочитаете быть хостом, пригласите друзей к своей текущей игре посредством списка друзей или создайте игру, видимую только вашим друзьям, с помощью систему поиска матчей.

Пока хост находится в Блоке 13, присоединяющиеся игроки будут появляться в комфорте местных казарм. Не забудьте улучшить снаряжение и закупить расходники перед отправкой. Если же хост путешествует по миру, присоединяющиеся игроки сначала будут пребывать в режиме наблюдателя и появятся в игре на следующем чекпоинте с полным здоровьем и боезапасом.

Аналогично, любой поднятый во время игры по сети предмет (или потраченный ресурс) в пользовательской игре остается за вами при возврате в свой мир. Прохождение кампании закрепляется за хостом, то есть в вашей игре используется ваша кампания. Если же вы подключаетесь к другу, то использоваться будет их кампания, а ваш общий прогресс запишется для вас.

Remnant: From the Ashes выйдет 20 августа 2019. Предзаказ доступен в магазинах Steam, Xbox One, Playstation®4 и Arc.

я прошел игру.и сейчас гамаю по новой,но перс прокачанный и пухи все.не могу найти этот перезапуск

Просто часть нового контента из болота (боссы/шмотки/квесты) проходится в кампании, а часть в приключении. Подходишь к светящемуся камню в Убежище 13, выбираешь настроить игру и жмешь приключение. Ну, а там выбираешь секцию с болотами (для других карт тоже шмоток насыпали). Только многого от этого дополнения не жди, это именно что набор доп контента. Ну и, разумеется, фиг ты его за одно прохождение получишь. Для получения некоторых плюх приключение надо будет рестартить и рестартить.

Да, все что было нафармлено в кампаниях и приключениях при удалении персонажа пропадает навсегда. А вещей там тьма. Только отдельные вещи, полученные выживании или в хардкорном режиме (именно режиме, а не сложности) будут всегда доступны для всех персонажей.

Нет, не он. Нужно начать игру новым персонажем и выбрать именно режим хардкор (1 жизнь). А вот сложность для него потом можно выбирать любую.

Маленькая поправка-в русской версии игры данный режим называется «Героический»,и таки да-там у тебя всего одна жизнь,умер,начинай сначала.

Дык, сразу после выбора режима, прямо перед началом кампании. Только вот нафиг в него играть, если основного перса в стандартном режиме болше нет? Для кого вещи фармить из режима?
